- Open the FlickMake app
- Go to Profile screen
- Find your Device ID (displayed in the "Your Device ID" section)
- Copy your Device ID
- Go to Help & Support → Delete My Data
- Click "Request Deletion via Email" - this will open an email with your Device ID pre-filled
- Send the email to flickmake@gmail.com
- Option 2 - Manual Email:

- Subject: "Delete My Guest Data"
- In the email body, include your Device ID (found in Profile screen) OR:
- Your device model (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S21, iPhone 12)
- Approximate date when you first used the app
- Any video names or projects you created (if you remember)
- We will use this information to identify your account and delete all associated data within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted

- Your account information (if registered)
- Your device identifier and associated data
- All projects and saved templates
Note: Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes as required by law. Analytics data is anonymized and cannot be deleted on an individual basis.
